Choose from 16 practice improvement areas/interventions using the AAFP's METRIC-Diabetes module.

 

Research Workshop for GO! Participants & GO! Graduates
Amelia Island, FL  -    Saturday, June 16,  9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Held in conjunction with the Summer CME Meeting of the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians, the workshop teaches how to take your practice improvement efforts and develop them into a robust research project.  Honorariums of $800 will be awarded to 30 qualifying participants.  To qualify, you must have completed one of the following:
• Current participants in the GO! Diabetes program who have entered baseline charts in METRIC and are in the 90 day waiting period working on practice improvement initiatives.
• Past participants who have the ability to access old METRIC charts and be willing to run a new analysis to compare to original data (simple online survey).
