GO! Diabetes offering a workshop for Change Agents and GO! Grads on how to take your practice improvement efforts and develop them into a robust research project. This workshop is limited to 30 people so return the registration form to susan@godiabetes.org promptly to be approved to attend.

The workshop is an interactive and dynamic small group learning experience where you learn more about the Graham Center as well as what to do to turn your GO! research into a winning research poster and presentation and which national conferences might be receptive to your research.

To attend,you must have completed baseline charts and either completed your follow-up data for the AAFP Diabetes METRIC module or be in the 90 day waiting period where you work on your practice improvement initiatives.

 

This workshop will be held next to the AAFP National Conference of Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students.  The faculty for the workshop is Claire B. Gibbons, Ph.D., M.P.H. who joined the Robert Graham Center in February 2013 as the Senior Operations Manager. Previously, Claire was a Senior Research and Evaluation Officer at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation where she designed and oversaw evaluations of programs to improve health care quality and reduce racial and ethnic disparities in health care.
