All GO! participants are eligible to enter a diabetes research poster. The poster competition will be held in Philadelphia, PA in October 2012 at the AAFP. Winners are encouraged to submit their posters for 2013 American Academy of Family Physicians Scientific Assembly or the 2013 American Diabetes Association Annual Meeting. If accepted, winning Diabetes Change Agents may receive an honorarium for their presentation.
