All GO! Diabetes Change Agents who participate in both the education and METRIC data collection components of the program are eligible to enter a diabetes research poster. The poster competition will be held in Atlanta in November 2010. Winners are encouraged to submit their posters for 2011 American Academy of Family Physicians Scientific Assembly or the 2011 American Diabetes Association Annual Meeting. If accepted, winning Diabetes Change Agents receive full travel reimbursement.
A Final Result Report for the 2010 GO! Diabetes program will be issued during the first quarter of 2011.
